Pope Innocent III urges King John of Jerusalem and the kings of Cyprus and [Cilican Armenia] to make peace with each other and the prince of Antioch, in order to present a common front to the infidels. He has called for a crusade. In the meantime he asks the king of Jerusalem to makes his galleys [galeae] available to the patriarch of Jerusalem, the archbishop of Tyre and the archbishop of Caesarea, or 2 of them, to repel the galleys of the Sarraceni.
