Fulk, per dei gratiam tercius rex Iherosolimorum, with the consent of Queen Melisende and his son Balduinus, confirms an eleemosynary grant made at Nablus by Lambertus Alsus, to benefit among others the soul of his wife Agnes. In the presence of Patriarch William, King Fulk and Queen Melisende Lambertus gave Petrus prior and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre 2 carrucatae agri in the casale of Mimas. Witnesses: Guillelmus Iherosolimitanus patriarcha; Johannes Achon episcopus; Robertus archidiaconus; Balduinus cancellarius; Petrus reginᶒ capellanus; Hodierna Tripolis comitissa; Haluisa/Alois; Anselmus de Bria; Sado marescallus; Johannes camerarius; Gervasius Burguin; Gunfredus de Freisnel; Adelardus de Retest; Goscelinus camerarius; Symon de Capella. Helias cancellarius regis drew up the charter.
