Duke (dux) Godfrey and his brother King Baldwin I gave an oven, mills, houses and gardens inside Jerusalem and lands and vineyards outside, the Pool of Siloam together with mills, a ditch [fossa] and gardens, and two parts of the casale of Bethsau. Comes Guarnerius gave a casale called Ascar and this was later confirmed by King Baldwin I, who gave 2 carrucatae of land in the territory of Jaffa. Tancred gave a casale called Tymini, situated on the side of Mt Carmel, and houses, an oven and lands within and outside the castle [castrum] of Haifa.
