Pons Tripolitanus episcopus, following his predecessor Heribertus and with the advice of Berengar, bishop of Orange and papal legate, gives Giraldus praepositus and the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem the tithe of all the land which Guillelmus Rostagni held and was possessed after him by Pontius de Medenes, from the castle called that of Gaucefredus de Agolt as far as Calamon, together with the parish church, with all parochial rights, including a baptistery, a cemetery, the oblations of the living and the dead, and all other churches within the bounds of that land. He also gives the church of St John the Baptist on Mont Pèlerin with the tithes of the mills of Guillelmus Beraldi, and the tithes of all possessions and goods which the Hospital of St John has throughout the diocese of Tripoli.

Baldwin confirms its possession of 4 carrucae of land at Jaffa and 2 carrucae at Acre and a casale called Aschar near Nablus. He also confirms the gifts made by others. He grants the hospital the right to share with himself the episcopal tithe levied on all its goods in the diocese of Nazareth. This gift is confirmed by Patriarch Arnulf at the time when King Baldwin I built the castle of Saboach.
