Recognizing the fidelity and services of Iohannes de Bagnolo, his fidelis, Frederick, dei gratia Romanorum imperator semper augustus, Ierusalem et Sicilie rex, makes a sealed grant to Iohannes and his legitimate heirs. He gives a house situated next to the old bucheria in the city of Jerusalem, which once belonged to Petrus and is now held by the royal curia, together with the bath house which stands before the house, separated from it by the public way.
