Geraldus Tiberiadensis episcopus and Garinus Montis Tabor abbas meet in the presence of their metropolitan Lethardus Nazarenus archiepiscopus and his chapter to come to an agreement. In exchange for the tithes of 2 casalia called Hecdix and Heulem, which the abbey of Mt Tabor had obtained in an agreement made in the presence of Pope Lucius II, the abbey is granted in perpetuity the tithes of a casale called Saka, which is situated between the torrens Cison and Capharmada. The agreement is sealed by Lethardus. text: Oct. 17. Petrus prior S. Sepulcri and the convent of his church records that he has reached a sealed agreement with Garinus abbas Montis Tabor, with the consent of Letardus Nazarenus, archiepiscopus, prior Lancelinus and the chapter [of Mt Tabor]. The abbey of Mt Tabor surrenders the church at casale S. Egidii, together with the offerings made to it and its parochial rights, and half the tithes of that casale and of the casalia of Turbasaym and Dere, which had been granted to the Holy Sepulchre by Patriarch William [of Jerusalem] for the rent of 1 rota of wax [cereum]. It sells to the canons of the Holy Sepulchre the vineyards, houses, buildings and moveables for 2000 besants. The Holy Sepulchre will pay an annual rent of 3 rotae of incense and 1 rota of wax on each Feast of the Transfiguration.
