Aimery, per dei gratiam Ierusalem Latinorum rex nonus et rex Cipri, and his wife the Lady Queen Isabella, daughter of King Amalric, make a sealed gift to Willelmus de Petra and his heirs. They give a tower at Acre called the Turris Carceris, freed from service [servitium], and house, which is on the eastern side of the tower and to the west of the gate called the Porta Boverie Templi, while to the south it adjoins the oven called the furnus Malivicini. Also given is the rent [census] of a house situated between the wall of the city and the barbacan [barbacana], touching to the east the aforesaid tower and to the west the Porta Boverie. Willelmus can sell or pledge the house and the rent, except to religious institutions. Witnesses: Ragnaldus Sydoniensis; Iohannes de Ybelino regius constabularius; Terricus de Orca domnus Axsur; Balduinus de Bethan; Vilanus de Alneto; Iohannes marescalcus; Raimundus de Gibeleto; Terricus de Tenero Monte; Iohannes de Welue; Galterius Cesariensis; Gerardus de Franco loco; Adam Costa.
