No rights of lordship and service [dominium vel servitium] will be retained by Balduinus Ramatensis or the king except for the scribanagium of Georgius de Betheri. The casale, freed from servitium, passes entirely to Constancia, with the exception of the scribanagium of Georgius de Betheri. Balduinus, Balianus and Johannes Arrabitus are guarantors of the sale.
