P. will be returning to explain orally what the pope will have written to others. The Hospitallers are forbidden to build a new church in Jaffa without the consent of the patriarch and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre, especially as they already have a church there. Nor should they ignore any interdict that might be laid on the city of Jaffa.
