Baldwin of Mirabel, with the consent of his brothers Hugues de Rame and Balien, and with the approval of his other friends, makes a grant, sealed with the seal of the lords of Ramla [sigillum Ramathensis], giving Aldemarus and his heirs a house in Jaffa, between the church of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat and the house of Reinaldus Andegavensis, in return for an annual rent of half a rotulum of wax [cereum dimidii rotuli], payable on the Feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Witnesses: Libertus; Willelmus Turonensis; Ba1duinus de Solmis; Robertus vicecomes; Martinus Gazela; frater Willelmus de Belmont; Alanus Joppensis.
