Richelda, together with her son Bernardus Coppus and with the agreement of her daughter Maria, sells Petrus Federici, Leonus Provincialis, Bandinus Beccus Vallideserclus, Symon, Gandolfus, Bonesegnia and Marchus, established in Tripoli and representing the city of Pisa in the sale, her houses in Tripoli for 188 besants. On the east the houses front the public way, on the west they adjoin the house of the vicecomitissa, on the north the house of Marinus and on the south the Pisan houses. Witnesses: Girardus de Monte Olivo Tripolis vicecomes, who seals the deed of sale; Willelmus de Calvo Monte; dominus Saxius; Iohannes de Moneta; Willelmus Catalanus; Iohannes Bulfarachii; Ugo Maurelini; Francardus; Iohannes Georgii; frater eius Marcus; Stephanus Mamuli; Guiduchius.
