Willelmus prior sancti Sepulcri, in the presence and with the approval of Patriarch Stephen and with the agreement of his entire chapter, seals an agreement with St Mary of the Valley of Jehosaphat, represented by Gelduinus abbas. He surrenders an oven in that part of Jerusalem called the Iudearia to St Mary, renouncing all disputes over it. He remits the tithe owed on land called Plata petra, by the road that leads to the river. He grants the tithe of a casale called Darchiboam. He renounces all other claims made against St Mary. Witnesses: of the priests, Petrus Barchinonensis subprior; Ansellus precentor; Gislebertus; Petrus Bernardi; Petrus Calvus; Gosbertus; Balduinus; Hugo prepositus; of the deacons, Guido; Radulfus; Wulgrinus; Richardus; of the subdeacons, Gyraldus; Galterius; Moyses; of other churchmen, Willelmus archiepiscopus Tyri; Gaudentius archiepiscopus Cᶒsariensis; Anselmus Bethleemita episcopus; Richardus Sanctᶒ Mariᶒ latinᶒ abbas; Arnaldus prior Montis Syon; Henricus prior Montis Oliveti: of lay persons, rex Balduinus; Willelmus dapifer Templi; Hugo comes Trecensis; Balduinus de Sancto Abraham; Rohardus; Jofridus de Parenteo; Holricus vicecomes Neapolitanus. Patriarch Stephen confirms the agreement and has his seal attached to it.
