text: (c. 1201). Pope Innocent III responds to queries from the bishop of Tiberias in relation to the marriages of non Christians who convert. Even if these have been within the forbidden degrees of consanguinity, they are to be regarded as licit and the children are legitimate. But multiple marriages and divorces are forbidden.
