text: 1155 - 1159. A. prior and the canons of the Holy Sepulchre receive Balduinus de Tornaco into confraternity, and promise to give him a prebenda, drawn on [the revenues of] either Jerusalem or Mahumeria and payable at Christmas, Easter, Pentecost, the feast of St Augustine and the feast of All Saints. Balduinus renounces claims he had unjustly made against the Holy Sepulchre over the inheritance of his brother Robertus Porcarius. He wills to the Holy Sepulchre that after his death the canons should have the quartus et decima of the vineyard, which is on the land [he has inherited from] R. Porcarius, consisting of 6 jugera, and the terraticum et decima of his vineyard next to Gabaon, although he can give or sell the vineyard to whomsoever he pleases.
