text: Dec. 25 1157 - Dec. 24 1158. Radulfus miles, returning from his imprisonment by the Turci and needing to pay his ransom, sells, with the agreement of his wife Maria, to abbot Villelmus/Willelmus and the monks of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat his share [pars] of the guastina called Zonia, which is next to the casale of Degerboam and at the head [caput] of the casale of Cala. It is in the lordship [de fisco] of Hugo Hybelini and his brothers. At the request of Radulfus, Hugo, with his mother Heluisa, his brothers Balduinus and Baresanus, and his sisters Ermenjart and Stephania, authorise the sale. Hugo promises to be guarantor of the sale and because he has no seal, he has the charter sealed with the seal of the lords of Ramla [sigillum Ramatensis].
