Wishing to go to the Roman curia, Aimericus pledged Cafarrael or another casale belonging to the church of Tripoli for 3000 besants. The Hospital will hold the land until the money is repaid in full. He lists the dependencies of the terra Giguerii as Abbaessa, Agnyas, Nigrinum, Lacrat, Iugmarzeban, Gardessiam, Iucuteman, Iugmelic, Keniz and the port of Calamella. He grants tablagium and all commercial rights. If the debt is not paid within the term, the Order can hold the land until it is settled.
