He confirms under his seal everything given in the reigns of his predecessors to the Hospital. He confirms those gifts made during his reign, specifying the following. In the territory of Jerusalem, Gosfridus de Parentea gave 4 partes terre at a place called Beccafaba. Gosfridus also gave a garden with cisterns next to the Tower of David, with roads on either side, one of which runs to Bethlehem. Adam de Ramis gave a house with a cistern inside, situated in front of the house of Guido de Miliaco and next to the Gate of the Temple, from where the road goes to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. Witnesses of Adam’s gift were: Aschetinus vicecomes; Vgo de Ramis; Gosfridus de Acula; Alfanus; Siherius de Beritto; Porcellus; Rancoldus de Ponzo. Alanus Boccerius gave a house in Jerusalem, before the witnesses: Aschetinus vicecomes; Guerricus; Hanricus Burgundio. Bernardus de Tolosia and his wife Rufa gave a house in Jerusalem situated before the church of St Martin. Alfanus gave himself and all his property and houses in the piazza of the money-changers [platea nummulariorum] in the presence of the witnesses: Paganus Cesariensis electus, olim cancellarius tantum; Vgo comes Trescensis; Gosfridus de Parentea; Aschetinus vicecomes; Rodulfus camerarius; Rainaldus de Ponzo; Gosfridus Acula; Siherius de Beritto; Porcellus. In the territory of Acre, Barda Armenus and his wife, with the agreement of their children, gave their casale called Coketum. In the territory of Acre, Airaldus cognomine Barba gave half of a casale called Iebethza and Aldeburgis, the sister of Lambertus cambiator, gave the other half. In the territory of Caesarea Gosfridus de Flaiaco, together with Johannes de Bethsam and his brother Vgo de Bethsam gave a casale called Calansue. In the territory of Lydda Vgo de Rammis gave 2 casalia called Bethiben and Gendas in a grant confirmed by Vgo Ioppensis domnus. The charter was drawn up by Hemelinus vicecancellarius noster.

Rainaldus Masueri, the son of Rainaldus Masueri, with the agreement of his son Bertrandus, makes an eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, its magister Josbertus and brothers, represented by frater Guarinus de Mesna Hospitalis preceptor. He gives the casalia of Tyron and Corveis. The territory of the latter, stretching towards the castle [castellum] of Margat, has boundaries that were established by the Sarraceni in old times. He also gives the gastina of Meois, the garden before the door of the Hospital at Valenia, and the meadow [pratum] before the casale of Tyron, free from all exactions. He confirms the gift made to the Hospital by Abdelmessie raiz de Margat of three parts of the casale called Meserafe, so that in future all the produce will be shared with Georgius gener Abdelmessie, who holds the fourth part. He also confirms the gift to the Hospital by dominus Martinus de Nazareth of the third part of the produce of the 3 casalia of Belusa, Archamia and Cordia. Rainaldus Masueri adds his gift of half of Rogia. Rainaldus quondam Antiochie princeps, nunc Hebronsensis et Montis Regalis dominus, and his wife Stephania, with the agreement of his homines and her sons, make a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem. They confirm the eleemosynary gifts of Mauricius Montis Regalis dominus to the Hospital. These are specified as: a casale in the territory of Mons Regalis called Benisalem with its villani on both sides of the river; in the vicus of Mons Regalis, Caissar filius Tamin with his heirs and possessions, and land which is situated between the vineyard of Seguinus and [that of] Gullelmus Hasin; a house in Mons Regalis; a casale called Canzil in the territory of Petra with its rustici and with a gastina called Hable which is adjacent to it; a house in Petra; land next to the vineyard that belonged to Johannes Castellanus and afterwards to the archbishop; a ship [navis] for transporting Hospitaller goods, freed from any duty [sine precio vel munere]. Rainaldus and Stephania confirm the Hospital’s possession of a small herb garden [ortus pro habendis herbis], previously given by Stephania. They also give partly cultivated land which dominus Tebaldus de Betun had held in the Vallis Riparie during his lifetime. On becoming a confrater of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem and with the consent of his wife Aalis, the sister of Bohemond [IV], prince of Antioch and count of Tripoli, Guido dominus Biblii makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John, represented by frater Guarinus de Monte Acuto magister, of a rent of 1000 besants in revenues from the territory of Latakia or Saonia, or a casale and other property, which had been given to him on his marriage by Bohemond in December 1204. He incorporates the charter from Bohemond. Guido records that with the consent of Aalis/Haalis he has also given the Hospital of St John a casale called Betzaal, with all rights and lordship [dominium] and with the rustici living in it; the freedom to buy and sell in the city of Biblium and throughout his lordship, in the port, in the funda and elsewhere, without the payment of dues [jus plateaticus or other consuetudo]; and the freedom of Hospitaller vessels [vasselli] to come and go free of charges.
