text: Mar. 1-31. [79] Rainald, Dei permissione Princeps Antiochenus, together with his wife domina Constantia eiusdem honoris Principissa, the daughter of Bohemond [II], makes a sealed eleemosynary gift to the Knights Templar [militia Christi, fratres Templi triplicis Salomonis]. He confirms everything given them by Rainaldus dominus Margati, the son of Rainaldus Masuerius, with the consent of his wife Agnes, the daughter of the count of Tripoli, and their sons. With the consent of Agnes and his son Thomas, Rainaldus had sold the Templars a gastina called Bolferis, situated in the mountains above Valenia for 500 besants, but he had retained for the use of his heirs a gastina called Magaytemme and mills on the river which descended from Castellum Laycas. Bolferis was given to the Templars through Prince Rainald, who added the house of the hospital in Valenia, together with a vineyard, a garden and land the Templars already possessed, together with a mill situated between Ericium and the sea. Rainaldus the son of Rainaldus Masuerius retained, however, the servitium due for the feodum in the Curia Antiochena. In return the Templars give Henricus .....nta librae. The deed is confirmed and sealed by domnus comes Henricus.
