[205] With the agreement of his lord Prince Bohemond III of Antioch, the son of Prince Raymond, who confirms this act under seal, of domina Sibilla principissa Antiochie and their sons dominus Raimundus and dominus Boamundus, Raimundus de Biblio, the son of Guillelmus Ebriacus quondam Biblii domini, records that he has sold and given the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem and the brothers in chapter, represented by frater Rogerius de Molins sancte dicte domus venerabilis magister, the casale called Messarkun with all its rights, homines et mulieres, rustici et raitabiles, with the exception of Thomas and his brother. Witnesses: dominus Aimericus Tripolis presul; dominus Baldevuinus de Ibelin; Bastardus de Molin; Gervasius de Sarmenia; Richerius de Herminat; Oliverius camerarius; Bartolomeus filius comitis; Guillelmus de Cavea Antiochie marescalcus; Galterius de Arcekan; Bernardus Subiran.
