The remaining 400 will be paid 4 times a year, 100 each on the Feasts of Easter, the Nativity of St John the Baptist, All Saints and Christmas. If payment is not made within 40 days Robert and his heirs can reoccupy the land until the rent is paid. In return for the remission, Raimundus magister and the Hospital have, at the request of Robertus and Odula, purchased the casale of Teira, which is next to Calanson, from Pisellus de casale S.
