On his deathbed Bernardus affirmed that he had made an eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem of his fief [honor] in Olibana. Witnesses: Berengarius S. text: Dec. 25 1147 – Dec. 24 1148. Reinerius de Ramis, who believes he is dying, makes an eleemosynary grant to the leprosary of St Lazarus beside [secus] Jerusalem. He gives St Lazarus 10 carruatae terre in Casale Galteri de Bulion, in the presence of his mother Stephania, of Barisanus, of Hugo and Balduinus the sons of Barisanus and the nephews of Reinerius, and of Ysabella his wife and the sister of Barisanus. Barisanus and his son Hugo and Balduinus confirm the gift. Reinerius had already given 2 carruatae in the casale of Buflis; to these are now added the 10 carruatae from the Casale Galteri de Bulion. Barisanus has no seal, but the Templars allow him to make use of theirs, which is attached by Petrus, frater atque capellanus militum Templi, who has drawn up the charter. Melisende, divina largiente clementia Iherosolimorum regina, with the consent of her sons King Baldwin III and Amalricus Ioppensium comes, renounces under seal her claims against the canons of the Holy Sepulchre, with respect to the villani of Bethsuric, namely Selmen filius Maadi; Habderahmen; Selim; Hasem; Nasen; Mekedem/Melpedem/Melpeclem; Seleemen; Sade; Brahin; Kannet; Nasser; Ariz; Mahmut; Zafer; Demsis; Resselem; Tameh; Rosec; Sahe; Salem filius Sade and the others, and the land in the casale. The canons are to have these as freely as they did in the time of Duke Godfrey [of Bouillon]. Melisende confirms the canons’ rights over the Suriani of Kalandria called Cosmas, Semhan/Seimahian, Samuel, Ihanna, Meferreg and Gerges, in exchange for a statio, which had belonged to Willelmus Bastardus, and the shares the canons had in 2 tables of money-changers [mensae nummulariorum] so that Melisende could construct a new ruga in Jerusalem. Melisende also renounces claims she had had on Suriani of Ramathes, called Bolferag, Jacob, Brahim and Ysaac, and on a vineyard that domna Geltidis, the wife of the lord Rohardus had left as an eleemosynary gift on her death. In the presence of Cardinal Guido of Florence, the papal legate, and Balduinus archiepiscopus Cesaree, Maurinus becomes a confrater of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, represented by Raimundus magister. He intends to enter the Hospital before death. Meanwhile, he gives himself body and soul to the Hospital, together with all his property when he dies. If he marries and has heirs, they will inherit only his wife’s property. He also leaves 100 besants each to a nephew and niece in the West, the children of his sister Guillelma, which will be delivered to them by the Hospital. Should they die their shares will go the Hospital. Guido of Florence confirms the deed.

Agreement on an exchange between Rogerius Clericus and the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, represented by Amoramus thesaurarius and Willelmus de Bellomonte, and with the consent of Geraldus Ugonis preceptor Hospitalis. Rogerius gives small houses [medias domos] situated next to the voltae of the Hospital in ruga Sancti Stephani, before which the new stationes of the Holy Sepulchre stand. These houses were left to Rogerius by his mother Fraxenda when she died. They are given in exchange for the house of Goffridus de Karitate which is situated in ruga Coquinati, bordering on the house of Pons Gaanna, which is behind it, the house of Willelmus Palmerius which is to the right and is in ascensu ruge Parmenteriorum, and the house of Aimericus Guittardus de Maumeria, which is to the left. The agreement is sealed with the seal of the Hospital.
