text: Dec. 25 1134 – Dec. 24 1135. Adalais, widow of the late Hugo Ebriacus, with the consent of her son Willelmus Ebriacus, makes an eleemosynary grant to the canons of the Holy Sepulchre. She has been made a consoror of the Holy Sepulchre. She gives the canons a rent of 12 besants or 120 rotula of oil a year on condition that they commemorate the obit of her husband Hugo Ebriacus each year on 5 October. Witnesses: Guidofressus; Guiniguisus; Stephanus; Bertrandus Segnoretus; Paganus ferrarius. Peregrinus wrote the charter and sealed it on the orders of his lord and his son Willelmus Ebriacus.
