text: Dec. 25 1144 – Aug. 31 1145. Galterius Cesareę dominus confirms under seal the gift made by his father Eustachius Granerius to Girardus prior and the Holy Sepulchre of half of the casale called Defiaisse and the land adjacent to it. Galterius records that as an eleemosynary act he has supervised the marking with crosses on stones of the boundaries between the lands of Defiaisse and neighbouring casalia, listed as those belonging to St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat, the church of St Peter of Caesarea and the church of St John of Sebastea; other casalia called de la Forest and Sabarim; and a casale called Bufles that belongs to Galterius himself.
