Willelmus prior sancti Sepulcri, in the presence and with the approval of Patriarch Stephen and with the agreement of his entire chapter, seals an agreement with St Mary of the Valley of Jehosaphat, represented by Gelduinus abbas. He surrenders an oven in that part of Jerusalem called the Iudearia to St Mary, renouncing all disputes over it. He remits the tithe owed on land called Plata petra, by the road that leads to the river. He grants the tithe of a casale called Darchiboam. He renounces all other claims made against St Mary.
