Baldwin, dei gratia Ierosolimorum rex, makes an eleemosynary grant to St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat, confirming the donation, made by Pisellus his viscount, his wife and brother, of 3 casalia, Meschium, Deleseu and Micheel, of which Meschium is beyond Mons Gaudii to the left of the road that leads to Nablus; Deleseu and Micheel are next to and on the right hand side of the road that leads to the River Jordan. The lands attached to the casalia have been defined by the viscount with his notarius. The charter is dated by the reign of King Baldwin I [read Baldwin II], the patriarchate of Warmund [of Picquigny] and the pontificate of Bernardus in Nazareth episcopans. Witnesses: Willelmus de Buris; Balianus; Radulphus de Fontenellis; Johannes camerarius regis; Balduinus de Ramatha; Arnulfus; Pisellus; Warmundus de Cerisi; Henricus de Brena; Anschitinus platearius Hierosolymitanus. Rorgo Fretellus Galilee cancellarius confirms the charter by sealing it.

text: Dec. 25 1125 – Dec. 24 1126. Euremar Caesariensis archiepiscopus makes an eleemosynary grant, giving St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat a cemetery in the church that was once called Mahumeria, next to the city of Sidon. The monks can bury in the cemetery those who attend the church and also whomsoever they wish. He gives St Mary the tithe of the viridarium which is next to the church. He confirms all St Mary’s possessions in the territory of Sidon. Witnesses: Renerius frater meus; Haymo levita, Philippus ecclesiae Sydonis sacerdos et canonicus; Arnaldus Dominici Templi canonicus, who wrote the charter.
