Guilermus Rufus, once vicecomes Ascalone, with the agreement of his lady Sibilla comitissa Ascalone et Joppe, the daughter of King Amalric, and the consent of his wife and children, sells to the brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem the right to take the harvests of 2 of his casalia, called Coquebel and Morderfro for 5 years [for 1000 besants]. Thereafter the Hospitallers will have first call should Guilermus wish to pledge the casalia and preemption rights should he wish to sell them, being offered 50 besants less than the sale price.
