Rotbertus filius Fulcoii gave a casale called Merdic. Rotbertus de Vizpont gave a casale called Burio. Rotbertus de Sancto Loth gave an annual rent of 500 librae of fish from his fishery [piscaria] called Agrest. W. Capreolus gave 200 librae of fish each year and 100 mecuchia of salt and a casale called Sanctus Paulus and 2 aratra of land in a casale called Oschi. Rotbertus de Lanat gave a casale called Anadi ... Bonabulus gave another casale called….. Roger [of Salerno] gave an annual rent of 500 eels and confirms the gift of a casale close to [apud] Gibellum made by the wife of his uncle Tancred. Roger also gives land next to the city of Gibellum, the boundaries of which have been drawn by him, and a house in the city in which brothers can stay when they visit.

With the approval of Patriarch Arnulf and the barones of the kingdom, Baldwin, dei gratia Latinitatis Iherosolimorum rex, makes an eleemosynary grant, confirming the abbey of St Mary of the Valley of Jehoshaphat together with abbas Hugo in all its lands [in the city of Jerusalem]; and the pool of Siloam and the houses and gardens it has within the walls of Jerusalem. Baldwin confirms its possession of 4 carrucae of land at Jaffa and 2 carrucae at Acre and a casale called Aschar near Nablus. He also confirms the gifts made by others. Lambertus gave a casale called Soesme, situated above the river [Jordan] which is popularly called the river of the Devil, with the consent of Goscelinus princeps Tyberiadis, and Willelmus de Buris, who gave the casale to Lambertus. Barianus constabularius Ioppe gave land and vines in the territory of Jerusalem. Wido de Miliaco, on behalf of himself and his wife Helisabeth, made an eleemosynary grant of lands and vines in the territory of Jerusalem. Radulfus Aliensis gave land situated next to Mons Gaudii and a house and garden in Jerusalem. Eustachius Granerius gave a casale called Capharabra in the territory of Sidon and a house in Sidon; and a casale called Bethalla close to Caesarea and a house in Caesarea. Balduinus gave 2 aratra of land in territorio Ramensi. Rogerius de Roseth gave a villanus with all his possessions in monte Beterico, with the agreement of the aforesaid Barianus. Goscelinus princeps Tyberiadis gave a casale called Casrielme and 2 peasants [rustici] in the territory of Tiberias. Ado de Cheresio, his wife Richoldis and their son Warmundus gave a casale called Lichorat. Rogerius Ramatensis episcopus gave a casale called Saphoria and a house in the castle [castrum] and within the walls of the castle a mahumeria and in front of the castle 4 carrucae of arable land. Teobaldus de Nigella gave a casale called Zebezeb. Tancred [Marchisius] gave a casale called Tymini, the other name of which is Galgala, situated on the slopes of Mt Carmel and in the castle [castrum] of Haifa a platea, where a church has been built, and before the aforesaid castle houses, an oven, a mill, lands and trees. He confirms all the possessions granted to the abbey by his predecessors and barones, as detailed in a charter shown him by dominus Iohannes abbas: a casale called Busson in the mountain of Gabalum; 6 carrucatae on the plain of Gabalum; outside the city 1 carrucata and within the city a hospitatio; a casale called Hanadiae in the territory of Borchot; a casale called Mordin in Suria; a house in Antioch and before Antioch next to Sossim 1 carrucata Graeca; a casale called Phargaala in the plain of Antioch; a casale in the territory of Caphardan which domnus Bonabulus gave the abbey; a casale called Erhac in the territory of Ruissol, which Fulcherius de Malli gave the abbey; the casalia of Nabon, Borgol, Tarpetac and Anglixen in the territory of Tilium and an abbatia situated in the mountains; the casalia called Sanctus Paulus, Joachet, Oessi and Gaassia in the territory of Mamistra; rents of 200 librae of fish and 100 mecuchia of salt from the saltpans and fishery of Mamistra; rents of 500 eels at Antioch; and a house at Latakia.
