Vitale, beneficed in the church of Tripoli, Jacobus de Baro, priest, and Symon Lornius, magister Bartholomaeus, cantor of Valencia (Valeniensi), on the authority of the letters of [Eustorgius] bishop of Tiberias and the abbot of St Samuel of Acre of the Premonstratensian order transcribed below (letter of 2 August addressed to Bartholomeus, RRR 3269) has placed the Hospitaller preceptor of Tripoli in possession of the all the properties of St Lazarus in the city or diocese of Tripoli. Celestinus, beneficed in the church of Tripoli, by papal authority publicus tabellio composed this document.
