Jocelmus de Tornell, of the Order of the house of the Hospital of St John, acting on behalf of the master and brothers of the Order, coming with me, Aliottus, judex et notarius publicus, and the witnesses listed below, took possession of the places listed below located in the Kingdom of Jerusalem between Mount Tabor and the sea of Tiberias and casale Robert. On 30 June in the presence of Fr. Garsia de Rospide, Fr. Ferrandus, Fr. Gonsalvus, Fr. Folkeranus, Fr. Bertrandus, Fr. Rogerius and also the turcopoles Girardinus, Petrus de Girona, Michaelis and Matthaeus, Jocelmus de Tornell entered and took corporal possession of the casale of Jubeil. He appointed as raicii Abet and Gemeredi. The then similarly and in the presence of the same witnesses took possession of the casalia of Casta, Capharscept and Saronia, then the same day, in the presence of Fr. Folkeranus, Fr. Bertrandus, Fr. Rogerius and Fr. Gonsalvus he took possession of Demie and appointed Abet as raicius. Then the same day in the presence of the same witnesses together with Huissettus scriba he took possession of Sisara, There he appointed as rais (raicii) Messor, Brahym and Bennor. On the same day and with the same witnesses he took possession of Lubie, where he appointed Ayse as rais (raicius). The following day, being Thursday 1 July Fr. Jocelmus, in the presence of Fr. Garsia, Fr. Ferrandus, Fr. Johannis, Fr. Folkeranus, Fr. Rogerius and Fr. Bertrandus also the turcopoles Girardinus, Petrus, Matthaeus Michaelis, took possession of Erbel where he appointed Abet as raicius. The next day, Friday 2 July, he took possession of Egdis where he set up the banner of the Hospital in the presence of Fr. Garsia, Fr. Johannis, Fr. Folkeranus, Fr. Rogerius and Fr. Bertrandus and the turcopoles Matthaeus Michaelis. Aliottus Uguicionis, judex and notarius publicus, was present and composed this document.
