Guido and Nicolaus de Ronay, knights of Acre, sons of the late Guido de Ronay, grant the Hospitallers represented by Johannes de Cerisis certain houses and a piece of land outside the walls of Acre near the flumen mortuum. The property is bordered on one side by the house that Guido and Nicolaus hold from the house of the Holy Spirit and on the other three sides by gardens belonging to this house and the flumen mortuum.
