[282] Cardinals Soffred of St Praxedis and Peter of St Marcellus record their agreement under both their seals to an eleemosynary grant of a rent in France, made to the Knights Templar by the late Balduinus de Martinsart while he was still alive. Witnesses to this were: Rainerius de Manni, T. de Manni; Hugo de Alneto; Johannes Codart; and Johannes de Rielle, who was the lord of Balduinus.
