Probably Mar. 18 - Apr. 8. Lateran. Pope Innocent III writes to the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem. A case has been heard in Rome relating to complaints brought by Seguinus prior sancti Michaelis and Aimericus canonicus Tripolitanus, emissaries of the church of Tripoli. Pope Celestine III had written to the patriarch of Jerusalem, ordering the archbishop of Nazareth and the abbas of the Mt of Olives to put the Hospitallers in possession of church of Nephin, its tithes and 3 casalia. Innocent reverses that judgement in favour of the church of Tripoli. He has ordered the archbishop of Tyre and the bishop of Sidon to execute his judgement.
