With the agreement of the brothers of the militia Templi, that is to say frater Terricus magnus preceptor, frater Gaufredus Morinus marescalcus and many other brothers, and of the brothers of the house of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, that is to say frater Borrellus magnus preceptor, frater Ermengaldus prior Sancti Egidii and many other brothers, of Rainaldus Sydoniensis, Gualterius Cesarie and all the capitanei, vavassores and milites gathered in Tyre, Conradus marchionis Montisferrati filius records under seal what he has given the Pisans of the societas Vermiliorum, whose contribution to the defence of Tyre and Christianity is recognized. He specifies: an oven in the ruga sancti Iohannis in Tyre; casale Zoie in the region of Tyre; of the dependencies of Tyre, casale Misdele, casale Tiaretine, casale Aithiti, casale Elfrerachie, casale Derdegaie, casale Mesdiesanche, casale Darchife, casale Marumsacchair, casale Darzibine and casale Orache. These are given with the freedom to treat them in the Pisanorum curia or establish their boundaries as the societas wishes. They are freed from all talia, tributum and servicium, because of the service already rendered in the defence of Tyre.
