Baldwin, per dei gratiam in sancta civitate Ierusalem Latinorum rex sextus, gives under seal to Petrus de Creseca in assisia and in augmentation of his feodum 30 quintaria of the grapes harvested [vindemia] in the territories of Bethecartal and Ramessa and in the guastina called in Arabic [lingua Sarracenica] Theire and in Latin Casale Gaufridi de Portu. The grapes will be collected from the royal cellarium in Jerusalem. If the king should alienate the casalia, any future possessor of the land will be obliged to deliver the grapes to the house of Petrus in Jerusalem. This rent in grapes will be exempt from any servitium other than to the king [regia maiestas].
