January 2. Lateran. Pope Alexander IV writes to the master and brothers of the Hospital of Jerusalem, relating that he has learned from their petition that, since the pope granted them and their Hospital the place in which the monastery of Mt Tabor is situated along with all the lands, possessions, people, rights, liberties, immunities, and appurtenances belonging to the monastery in any way, responding to their requests he grants that nothing shall be counted against them because of the times of hostilities, in which context the monastery is known to have been vacated.
