. March 30. The Lateran. Pope Innocent IV writes to the patriarch of Antioch (Opizo Fieschi), relating that, since coming to the Roman curia and returning to his church for the business of his church and the land of Antioch entails undergoing heavy burdens of expenses, the pope wants and orders the patriarch to cover half of his expenses from what comes to him from the legacy of the late Bishop [Paldolfo] of Norwich (†1226) and the rest from the money assigned to the relief of the city of Antioch and its church.
