. December 20. Perugia. Pope Innocent IV writes to the [cardinal-]bishop of Tusculum (Frascati) and papal legate [Eudes de Châteauroux], repeating what is said in the previous letter (RRR 2839) and ordering that, if anyone opposes the election, he is to summon people as required, take depositions, decide what is canonical, and enforce his decision, with no appeal.
