Aug. 11. Perugia. Because the city of Sidon is occupied by the Muslims and there is no suitable place in which the bishop can reside, Pope Honorius III, at the request of the archbishop of Tyre and the chapter of Sidon, grants the administration of the diocese to the archbishop until legates a latere, who are on their way to the East, decide otherwise.
