1208 - Oct. 3 1210. [290] Replying to the request of John [of Brienne], Abbot Gervase of Prémontré, together with the Premonstratensian general chapter, congratulates him on his elevation to the kingship of Jerusalem and assures him that he will profit from the Order’s spiritual benefits and prayers. He asks [John] to restore the Order’s properties when he recovers his kingdom.
