With the agreement of her husband dominus Ademarus, Juliana Cesaree domina, the daughter of the late Hugo Cesaree dominus, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, to frater Gaufridus Hospitalis magister and to the brothers. She confirms their possession of a casale called Haltafia, which her brother Gualterius Cesaree dominus had given on his deathbed, in the presence of King Guy of Jerusalem and dominus Monachus Cesariensis archiepiscopus, who is now patriarch of Jerusalem.
