[241] Frater Garnerius de Neapoli, sancte domus Hospitalis Jerusalem humilis magister, and his brothers ends under seal a dispute with frater Gerardus magister Hospitalis Alamannorum quod est in Accon and his brothers [of the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans], recognizing the possession by the Hospital of the Germans of the land and inheritance of Galopinus, which he had left to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem when he should die. Witnesses: Frater Guillelmus de Meleriis domus Acconensis bajulus; frater Robertus ejusdem domus ecclesie prior; frater Robertus thesaurarius; Petrus Falcon; Selet; Pipinus filius Frederici; Hubertus Vulpis; Cornele Maial; Jacobus de la Clare; Pisanus; Bauduinus; and others.
