Baldwin, per dei gratiam in sancta civitate Ierusalem Latinorum rex sextus, confirms under seal an eleemosynary grant made to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem in Acre by comes Ioscelinus, his uncle and senescalcus, of an annual rent of of 1 quintarium of sugar for the use of the sick, to be collected each Easter at Lanahia. If in any year the nuntius of the Hospital cannot collect a whole quintarium of sugar, he can apply in the following year for the balance to be made up. Witnesses: Guido Ioppensis et Ascalonitanus comes; princeps Rainaldus Montis Regalis et Ebronensis domnus; comes Ioscelinus regius senescalcus; Aimericus constabularius; Ioscelinus de Sammosac Ascalonitanus castellanus; Raimundus de Iafenia.
