Lambertus gave a casale called Soesme, situated over the river [Jordan] which is popularly called the river of the Devil, with the consent of Goscelinus princeps Tyberiadis and Willelmus de Buris, who gave the casale to Lambertus. Barianus constabularius Ioppe gave lands and vineyards in the territory of Jerusalem. Wido de Miliaco made an eleemosynary gift on his behalf and that of his wife Helisabet of lands and vineyards in the territory of Jerusalem. Radulfus Aliensis gave land situated next to Mons Gaudii and a house with a garden in Jerusalem. King Baldwin I of Jerusalem gave 4 carruchae of arable land in the territory of Jaffa and an oven, a mill and houses, lands and vines at Beirut and 2 carruchae of land just outside [in suburbio] Acre. Eustachius Granerius gave a casale called Capharabra/Cafarabra in the territory of Sidon and a house in Sidon, and close to [in confinio] Caesarea a casale called Bethalla, and a house in Caesarea. Balduinus de Ramis gave 2 aratra of land in the territory of Rama. Rogerius de Roseht gave a villanus with all his possessions on Mons Betericus, with the agreement of the aforesaid Barianus. Goscelinus princeps Tyberiadis gave a casale called Cafrielme and 2 rustici with all their possessions in the territory of Tiberias. Ado de Cheresio, his wife Richoldis and his son Warmundus gave a casale called Lichorat/Lychorat. Rogerius Ramatensis episcopus gave a casale called Saphoria and a house in his castle [castrum], together with a mahumeria within the walls and outside 4 carruchae of arable land. Teobaldus/Theobaldus de Nigella gave a casale called Zebezeb/Zebezel. Tancred, prince [princeps] of Antioch gave a casale called Tymini, situated on the slopes of Mt Carmel, and in the castle of Haifa a platea in which a church has been built, and houses, an oven, a mill and lands and trees which are outside the castle. He confirms under his seal everything given in the reigns of his predecessors to the Hospital. He confirms those gifts made during his reign, specifying the following. In the territory of Jerusalem, Gosfridus de Parentea gave 4 partes terre at a place called Beccafaba. Gosfridus also gave a garden with cisterns next to the Tower of David, with roads on either side, one of which runs to Bethlehem. Adam de Ramis gave a house with a cistern inside, situated in front of the house of Guido de Miliaco and next to the Gate of the Temple, from where the road goes to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. Witnesses of Adam’s gift were: Aschetinus vicecomes; Vgo de Ramis; Gosfridus de Acula; Alfanus; Siherius de Beritto; Porcellus; Rancoldus de Ponzo. Alanus Boccerius gave a house in Jerusalem, before the witnesses: Aschetinus vicecomes; Guerricus; Hanricus Burgundio. Bernardus de Tolosia and his wife Rufa gave a house in Jerusalem situated before the church of St Martin. Comes Guarnerius gave a casale called Ascar and this was later confirmed by King Baldwin I, who gave 2 carrucatae of land in the territory of Jaffa. Tancred gave a casale called Tymini, situated on the side of Mt Carmel, and houses, an oven and lands within and outside the castle [castrum] of Haifa. King Baldwin I gave a house in Acre and a casale called Cassera in the mountains; at Sidon a viridarium, a machomeria outside the city and a casale called Cafarabra, with the agreement of Eustachius Granerius; at Beirut houses, an oven, a mill and a viridarium inside the city and 2 carrucatae of land outside. Eustachius Granerius gave a casale called Betalla in the territory of Caesarea and a house in the city of Caesarea, with the agreement of King Baldwin I.
